Insurance stopped

We stopped the incurance with auto and general 3month agp. and they are still taking money from my husbands account.

i have logged a complaint with hellopeter but still no luck.

i want to know why they are still taking money from my account and when this will be sorted out?

I WANT IT SORTED OUT TODAY, AND AUTO AND GENERAL WILL PAY ME BACK 3 MONTHS MONEY!!
