It is a pity that I called to cancel a new policy today as the lady Pelo who assisted me was absolutely fantastic. Had I not reinstated my old insurance before the call, I would have kept the policy based solely on her assistance.
Unfortunately the company who assess vehicle's for FNB mis informed me and as a result FNB lost the business.
Please keep up the good work and employ more people like Pelo.
