To whom it may concern
I was discussed by the telephone call i got this morning from one of Nedbanks consultants, they confirmed that i did pay my loan i have from nedbank, but this is now the 4th time they have phoned me to ask me when does my salary get paid in. And when i told the consultant that this is now the 4th time i am saying its on the last day of the month, he was rude and cut me short and said OK bey. they customer service i got this morning was really bad you don't just put the phone down in someones ear.
