It is impossible to get any real help from FNB regarding a home loan clearance certificate. The home loan is on my dad's name and he passed away recently. FNB customer service has been of absolutely NO HELP, I have been transferred to various home loan departments to deceased estates and claims. In total I've spoke to 6 people who cannot assist. My mum has been to her branch early last week and still no help.
FNB: How can we help? I call that.
Sincerely hope anyone dealing with a deceased estate doesn't experience the terrible service that I have received.
