Mr Vallee assisted me in a professional and efficient manner and also went the extra mile by providing me with the details of the repair centre to which my vehicle will most likely go for repair. Mr Vallee comes over as very confident and ensures that a customer receives satisfactory service but also endeavor to educate a customer on the process with regard to the insurer and repairs.
