Terrible Service from FNB in Northgate

I applied for a business account at FNB in Northgate in November 2012. The guy that helped me (David Gough) found that I had an account with them before under a different surname. This was possible as my mom re-married and changed her surname and it possilbe that they tried to open an account for me using my step father's surname about 20 years ago or so. David then said he will have to investigate and will call me back within 2-3 weeks. I called back twice in December and 3 times in January only to be told that the investigation had not been resolved yet. I have never recieved a call from the consultant to explain that the process is taking longer than expected or to get any feedback whatsoever.

This has been a huge inconvenience as I have to operate my daily business through my personal account and I have to keep calling back to get feedback. David keeps promising to call me back but never ever does.

This is the worst service I've recieved from a bank and it makes me want to seriously reconsider taking my business to FNB. FNB prides themselves on service but I don't see it. It is a simple business practise to give your clients feedback.
