Today i phoned outsurance to ask for assistance, my vehicle has limited cover with them simply because the access of the vehicle would be more then the actual repairs of the vehicle, the vehicles book value is very low.
I have however included in my policy the out@help.
Only to find out that is only nice on paper and was used as a sale technique, because now that my vehicle was in a accident and i am unable to move it and i really only need the assistance in towing the vehicle they simply said because my vehicle is not FULLY covered with them they wont be able to assist me.
Tell people the truth when they phone, tell people if you want to use our services then you need the best cover if you dont have the best you will be treated like the lower class, only the fully covered really get our assistance.
I changed to outsurance because i thought they were a reputable insurance company, only to find out the lower class policies get treated the same way lower class.
The funny part is my other vechile is fully covered so is my house, but i wonder what truths will come out then?
