I've been to FNB too many times to try and sort out my internet banking. I've also sent complaints and it's been a month and still no response. I've had a problem with my account since the first day I opened it.
I went again this morning to the manager at the Mall @Reds and her response to my problem is.. "Ag Shame". WHAT THE OF A RESPONSE!!! I even tell her I'm going to change banks and she still response "Ag shame".
All i want is to log into my internet banking... I have never been soo disappointed in a bank like I am with FNB.
CAN SOMEONE JUST GIVE ME A CALL AND EXPLAIN WHY I CANNOT LOG IN (I have registered)
