Capitec is absolutely disappointing!! I have phoned out over R400 worth airtime just trying to get a simple application sorted - which I was told would be sorted in a day, and has now been 5!! The service was disgusting and left several messages a day just to be put on hold every time I enquire!! They are so big on advertising but yet don't live up to the promise!! No one goes the extra mile, and double checks!! Will definitely not be recommending this bank!!! 3 people at the same company had a similar issue, yet it was sorted!!! No extra effort is being done
