I have always been an ambasador for FNB, singing their praises to whom ever i could for their awesome service delivery until recently. I have been trying to secure a bond for the last 3 and half weeks with FNB, the major holdup being a simple letter confirming that a credit card (an FNB credit card!) was paid more than 6 years ago. My husband has made countless calls in the last week to the card divsion where nobody seems to know who can assist. The call centre agent reffered him to legal and legal dont take calls on Friday??? Really?? Unterly dissapointed with the lack of service from FNB.
