On the 13th December 2012, i submitted a request through to DMC to remove my details from ITC as the account in question has prescribed as per the Prescriptions Act 68 of 1969. My request were
1. Remove the Account History Information on All Credit Bureaus i.e. Transunion Credit Bureau, Experian, etc.
2. Close your file with immediate effect.
3. Advise me once completed via return e-mail.
After numerous calls to DMC i still have no resolution to this. Please can SOMEONE get back to me urgently!
