I was at the Sandton City Branch over the weekend, for the purpose of picking up my new credit and debit cards. I was told over the phone about what documentation I needed to take with me, but was not told that I needed proof of residence not older than 3 months. Ntsiki was extremely helpful, she apoligzed for me recieveing information with some details lacking (which was not her fault) and she processed all other documentation which I did have with me, and issued me my cards. She asked me very nicely to come back to the bank later that day with the other important documentation, which were outstanding. She was friendly, efficent, and she made the process easy - which is usually never the case when banking!! My banking experience over the passed few years has been extremely negative, but she definitely made an impact on my impression of Standard Bank! Good job Ntsiki... Thank you for being flexible and understanding my frustrations!
