I have been a Legal Wise Platinum client for more than 2 years, so when I logged a query with MTN and the Ombudsman and got no feedback re this query after a month, I mailed Legal Wise (11 Oct) and asked them to please give me advice on the matter as I am worried that i will get handed over without resolving this matter.
Beauty in turn replied "we will revert shortly". On 18 October I sent another mail asking what to do and never received a reply. I'm sorry to say - my debit order to you is honoured monthly, I don't say "I will pay you shortly". If you can't give me advice, then merely just say so.
