On 27-Sep-13 i paid off my credit card with FNB to the tune of R19116.62. This was the balance due on the 27-Sep-13. Both my straight and budget were padi and my balance was zero. I was, as most people exstatic becasue i did not have outstanding balance on my credit card.
After that i hada made ourchase of about R1100. On 12th Oct, i was shcokc and disgusted to find that FNB now charged me interest of R68.16. How does FNB charge on zero balance! IS this ethical and part of the banking practise to charge intrest when there is a zero balance!!! I logges a complain on thire webssite and no one bothered to contact me!
"HOW CAN WE HELP YOU"the FNB slogan... my foot!!! they help the public by making up false charges and then avoid the customer when we query. They are dishonest bunch of lying. The best that FNB has done to contact me is via and emial saying they called me and left voicemail... funny... i never received and voicemail... yet again lying dishonety unethical dicipline demonstrated.
Bets part is i get call from them to increase my credit limet cos im a valued customer
ABSA, Standard, Nedbank... call me cos FNB wont respond to me!!!
