Incompetent and worthless

African bank debited my account twice on the wrong date, before i could get my salary, making my account have a debit balance an i got charged for the unpaid debit order, i then requested that they pay that amount as it was not my problem, i did not give them a wrong date, i know well when i get paid this was at the end of September 2013, to this day, i'm still waiting for that refund, i will take this further to the banking ombudsman, because they are making my credit record look bad, and they should be held accountable. Creditors cannot just mess up your report and then later make it seem like you are an irresponsible consumer, when they caused that, why sign a contract with terms that they don't abide by, themselves. and no one bothers to contact me, i have to be calling them for their mistake on my account.
