NEVER GETS BACK TO ME!

I am been having constant back and forth upheavel with essential med, on the 12th June I submitted the new script that was requested to be sent by the 14th June, in the beginning of August when going to collect the script, we were told that nothing has been authorised, we had to wait 2 days for them to do a process which should have been done in June when I sent the requested script on time, we waited 2 days with that chronic medication which is not good for a chronic patient, this was resolved eventually after 2 days but it was unacceptable! this was when you were changing providers to essential 1 doctor, then I have been in contact with Nicolene for the past 2 months to nominate a GP, she never gets back to me, its only when I send a very frustrated email after several emails does she reply otherwise she just ignores my emails which I don't appreciate, I have been trying to nominate a doctor for the past 2 months now, I receive no feedback on what's going on, after my experience with the chronic medication I am beginning to even doubt if this is even being worked on or not? I don't understand why its so difficult to just get back to someone, I find being ignored very insulting!!
