I complained on the 2/10/2013 here on Hellopeter on why my name is still on the bond while the endorsement on the bond shows the contrary. Up to this point in time there WAS ABOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from Standard bank's side. Several phone calls and/or faxes to the Complaint resolution Centre were totally ignored. This time I INSIST on a reference number as well as an explanation in WRITING to my email address
