I was contacted by ABSA two months ago with the accusation that my car is uninsured. Since then I have sent them countless e-mails with proof of Insurance from my broker. I have also phoned them many times. Minnette Broodryk promised me that she would look into the matter, cancel the policy and refund me with all the debited payments. The matter is still not resolved and I was told this morning that they have not received any proof of Insurance. I am totally despondent and get no response. The lack of communication is definitely an attempt to get me to move my insurance to ABSA.
