I recently phoned my insurance provider (VIRGIN MONEY) to get a quote on another vehicle. I was very pleased to come across Jenna le Roux who was patient and kind and was able to provide me with all the information required. It is not often where one is able to have a decent conversation with a call centre agent and still get the information requested. Great experience.
