POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SUCH A HUGE COMPANY

My car was two weeks ago and luckily my tracker found it. I informed AFORBES about this and was informed to fill out out a claim form. The claim form was firstly for an accident and not nevertheless I filled it in and sent all docs required. The car was removed from the police station to the panelbeaters, no one informed me where the panelbeaters are, I had to call the tow truck company to get the details. I have then asked what the next process is and it is apparently still under investigation, I have received and forwarded the quotation to Ms Ramaphoko and I have not received any response after this. It is now two weeks and nothing has been done to the car and my courtesy car is only for a month. When the month is up who is going to give me another car if my car is not ready? I expressed this concern even before I took it, i have records of this. It is now 22/10/13 and the courtesy car is going back on 10/11/13... Everyone is asking why am I the one doing all this running around but I have insurance and one that many seem to hold in high regard!!! I'm really not happy with the handling of my case.
