I cancelled my policy in 2011, and only recently discovered that they were still debiting my account. I called them yesterday to sort this out, and a lady by the name of Roedashni Padayachee called me back this morning to say the money will be reimbursed to me within 3 days. She was extremely friendly, and this is the type of service that should be the norm.
