On the 13th of January I contacted A&G with the intent purpose of cancelling my policy with immediate effect. SO you can imagine my surprise when I took a look at my bank statement today and found a debit order reflecting a payment deduction, referencing my policy number.
My frustration was further exacerbated when I called once again to find out how this had transpired, only to be shifted from department to department with no hopes of resolution or even a simple answer in sight.
Only after phoning for as third time was there FINALLY a light at the end of the tunnel in the form of Roedashni. She calmly assited me by actioning my refund and even ofered to expedite the process for me.
A&G to be very thankful for her as she alone has stopeed me from telling each and every person I know about the terrible service I experienced otherwise.
