I took out household and vehicle insurance with Discovery Insure at the beginning of 2013. The first payment was as per agreed quotation. Thereafter I was overcharged each month. I have emailed, called, provided proof and followed up over the months (at least 5 times) and have had no acknowledgement of my complaint or resolution. All I require is the money owed to me to be refunded.
I cannot understand this lack of response or concern - Discovery generally provides good service.
Sort this out please!!
