I am having a problem getting help from FNB bank potch branch as i have found out that someone openned a fraudulat account on my name at FNB and took out a loan at DIRECT AXIS on again on my name, i have reported the matter to DIRECT AXIS and they are finished with their investigation but they cannot clear my name until i dispute the account with FNB. I am currently out of the country in SUDAN as i am working for the SANDF and only coming back in december month so i sent someone at the bank to report the matter as we are having network problems this side but no one was willing to help. I do not and have never had an account at FNB so i need an investigation to be started so that my name can be cleared. the investigator at DIRECT AXIS is KASHIEFA GORDON and can be contacted at [Email Removed] or call 0217643472/9914
