Reimbursment of eBucks

I have been waiting for six months for FNB to reimburse my FNB-fuel rewards equivilent to ove R800, 00. The Northen Cape branch manager has phoned me several times and confirmed per email that I will be Reimburst, however, mr Eksteen is now not responding to phonecalls. For a company so actively advertising their reward system on broadcast media I find this servise as poor as can be.
Attached the email from mr. eksteen to me:

Hi Irvin

The total amount for fuel came to eB8393. The Rand equivalent would be R839.30. I've attached the calculations just in case the customer wants to know how we came to this amount. You will note that I did not include Apr'12, May'12, Jun'12, Apr'13 & May'13 as the customer did not meet the qualifying criteria for those months (specifically the total monthly deposit criteria).
Should you wish to pay the customer the whole amount, you can request eBucks to pay the customer directly and give them permission to debit the branch's cost centre.
