Account paid up 2011 still on Credit Bureau 2013

I wonder if Service providers like the banks loves to degrade and discredit customers in perilous economic times.

I have paid up a blue bean credit card in 2011 which defaulted after the economic recession. My name still reflects on the Credit Bureau and this has caused tremendous problems for me the last to years.

Is Standard Bank holding me Ransom? Do you do this with all your clients?

Please wake up and remove my name from the Credit Bureau because I have played my part in paying you in full.
