Paperwork given for an "Outstanding account", agreement made to do a debit order every month. Two months paid to DMC UMBILO, later finding out this account was already paid up almost a year before. Had paper work to prove it. Contacted DMC helpdesk to query refund 4weeks ago and still waiting to get my money back. They quick to take it from you but take forever to give it back. I am beyond annoyed, firstly at the unprofessionalism that they couldn't pick up that it had been paid, debit my bank account on two occasions but then to take forever to give me my money back.
Nicol from the Umbilo branch was the only person to have the decency to ask if I'd heard anything from then as she had put the request in on the 9th October for the debit order to be cancelled... but to this day I have had No refund.
