Quick to take money but forever to give refund
Paperwork given for an "Outstanding account", agreement made to do a debit order every month. Two months paid to DMC UMBILO, later finding out this account was already paid up almost a year before. Had paper work to prove it. Contacted DMC helpdesk to query refund 4weeks ago and still ...
