I recently picked up on my statement that they had not cancelled the A-plus fee which I requested when I opened the account. I had cancelled it instore along with the family protector plan, and instore said they would make sure that it was cancelled... When I phone now to complain they say the store was supposed to phone them and not just fax it, as it doesn't get to the right people... so it had not been cancelled, and they refuse to credit me for all the months I have been paying for it! even though I have proof of where I cancelled it!!! yET THEY SAy they never received it!! So I blame the beacon bay branch! Will be closing my account once I have paid off my account after this!!
