ABSA still refuses to refund me after my money was from my account on TWO seperate occassions. I go to the bank on a weekly basis however everytime I am there they advise me that THEIR DEPARTMENT has still not finalized the matter.
This is unacceptable -- as it has been two MONTHS already.
If this matter is not resolved by close of business today I will contact the BANKING OMBUDSMAN.
ABSA did not even bother to respond to my first hello peter complaint.
I think it will be best to cancel my banking with them as I do not want to do business with a bank like this.
