This is a complaint from my husband.
"Please cancel both the insurances that you are debiting every month on my account.
I have faxed a letter to cancel but still AIG is debiting my account.
one is for R91 and the other is R92."Capitec Bank refuses to reverse this amounts because they need a letter from you.
Please cancel this insurances and reimburse me my money because I sent a letter of cancellation but
it looks like someone just chucked it into the dustbins
