Exceptional service from a private banke

Dear FNB Premier Service,

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Mr. Mosomane Moloto, for the excellent service he provided me in December 2013. Mr. Moloto helped me to sort out my account after I discovered that I transferred money into a wrong account that had to be frozen due to debt counseling procedure that I am currently undergoing.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at at FNB. However, Mr. Moloto's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.

Within a few days, he was able to reverse the transaction to my account and start the process of having my account balance corrected.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with FNB Bank for years to come.

NB: Mr. Moloto is not even my private banker, he merely took a call as my banker was on leave.
