I have out and about insurance with Outsurance and I wanted to claim for my wife's dress that got ruined before a wedding we needed to attend. We had to buy exactly the same dress hours before the wedding.
I phoned Outsurance and got good service from NQOBILE MDLALOSE, but she later phoned back that her manager had declined my claim.
This was because the sun burnt a hole in the dress (through car window) and was not damaged by a human.
I asked that her manager please phone me and explain why and I was promised she would phone me yesterday.
Nothing happened. I phoned again today and was told that the manager is busy on the phone and she will phone me shortly. 5 hours later, nothing!
Should I now cut another whole in the dress and claim again?
Bad service!
First insurer to call me with a solution and I will move immediately.
