Good day its been a month and 2 weeks and my isues has not yet been resolved, so tell me what is the next available step to take.. also to keep in consideration that i was called back once to let me know that they waiting on correspondence from the other bank and yet again i called monday and it was said i will be getting a call back regarding my matter on thursday 17th October 2013 and today is friday 18th October and no response, yes i was told as soon as the account holder make contact then only they can assist me really i think its pathetic and yet again im still waiting on feedback.. angry FNB client..
