My landlord filled a claim for a broken vacuum breaker after you guys sent a plumber to check the geyser, he was told last Friday that you had handed it over then to Izinga and I would get a call later that day. This has not happened yet.
I myself tried calling them a number of times this week only to be constantly met by people whom are unable to help, usually ended going through 6 or more people from department to department, sometimes even ending up at standard Bank, to either just get fed up and hang up as I have better things to do with my day than chase down an apparent bunch of incompetent you guys call plumbers, or the call just gets cut off.
I last spoke to someone after lunch on Wednesday who took down the claim number and was getting someone to call me. This has abviously not happened, now I have logged a complaint thereon HP with them as well, it they your chosen company so you are equally responsible.
