My vehicle was damaged in an accident by a hollard client, as usual they asked for my personal documents plus three quotations on the damaged vehicle. After waiting for almost 3 months I was then sent an offer which was made of deductions, obviously changed. I then sent an e-mail to Chantel Swart regarding the offer. She told me thats all she can offer as my quotations were so high therefore they have amended the quote. I wrote back saying the offer would not resolve the damages on my car as it was too little, but they are refusing to settle it fairly and they want us to go to court. Is this how Hollard/Omnicover insurance should be handling their case. I mean I have sent three quotes and they should have acted fairly by now, but still applying more delays to the matter. The quotes from BMW is for R106315.34 and they want to pay only R54459.00. How do they expect me to fix my car back to its original form? I still have preferences to take my car to Club motors where my car would be dealt with care and fixed to my satisfaction. I have seen their work and I would like them to fix it. The fact that quotes are high is not realy my business as their client Adele made those damages.
