Got an email from them advertising the release of the app. Downloaded it and checked it out. Best idea ever. You can request anything from documentation to a pointsman or emergency assistance direct and automated on the app. Just to test it I requested some documents. It was in my inbox in less than 10 seconds. Absolutely brilliant.
