I went for pathology test which was supposed to be paid by One plan. They rejected my claim even after al required documents was sent to them. Furthermore they do not pay anything that is diagnosed. I will be cancelling my policy. I have only claimed once and this is the service I get! Absolutely disgusted Also when taking out their policy you need to know that in order for you to be hospitalised you need to pay all test leading up to diagnoses. So in other words you do not get emergency Ilness as they promise. False advertising!
