I specifically waited to call Outsurance because it was peak traffic and didn't want to drive under such conditions, especially not with a flat battery. So when I did call, I bargained on a 30 to 45 min wait. However, Grace was on the other side of the line when I called, and she had road side assistance next to me in 15 min flat. The assistance man was cheery and had me on the road in another ten seconds. Thanks Outsurance for awesome service.
