Money Deducted Without Receiving New Policy

A few weeks ago I received a call to upgrade my current policy & that it would be increased to two hundred & something but I would be sent the policy first to review & if they hadn't heard from me within two weeks they would go ahead & implement the new policy, this I agreed to. To date I still have not received any papers or the gift that I was informed that I would be receiving, I contacted the company to give them the alternate address where the papers & gift could be delivered to but still to date have not received anything or heard any further on the subject from the company but sure enough, two days ago R 343 was debited from my bank account, this is now the second time that this company has done this to me, the last papers I received from this company was on the 05/01/2012 but the debit amount has now increased twice without any further signed policy papers. I work very long hours & am extremely busy to keep track of this policy, that is why I left it the first time it happened but now this is too much! I have not even been given the opportunity to look over the terms of the new policy to be able to agree to the new tariffs or not! Unprofessional!
