I had a credit card with fnb and unfortunately had to go under debt review after getting the wrong advice.and once I had saved enough money I approached fnb to pay. I paid the whole amount I owed in april and was sent a letter to prove I did pay.recently I checked my credit beaurau and discovered that I am still listed as defaulted payment at fnb and that I still owe them. I tried to solve it at the branch and was told to go call their legal department. I stood for an hour with no answer every department saying they don't know who will help me. I have paid enough by being blacklisted and now I can't even clear my name! I don't deserve such treatment from fnb.please help!
