I went to Capitec FLora Centre to apply for a loan, only to discover that someone has already done that about 4 years ago. Sugendran checked the profle, discovered that it was not me and immediately reported it to their forensics department. It took long to get back to me, about 5 weeks or so, however, once they did, they quickly advised me of what to do and the process moved forward to clearing my profile. When Sugendran was not avialble, Vivien, a stand in branch manager assisted me, followed up and called me back. I then spoke to the Flora Centre branch manager to follow up as forensics has cleared the case. It is now with the departments who write off this debt and clear my name. The staff at this branch is terribly helpful and willing to assist and go the extra mile to resolve this as soon as possible. If only all banks could be this efficient, people would not be posting hellopeter complaints, but rather only post compliments such as these.
