VISA DEACTIVED AND CHIP DEACTIVATED

Hi

I tried doing multiple purchases on ebay using my visa debit card but was declined even though I had funds in my account. Today I released when I went onto my online banking, my Visa is NOT ACTIVATED.
The worst part is I didn't deactivate nor can I activate it.

The sadder part is I am unable to even withdraw funds from an ATM saying chip not recognized even though I withdrew a few days before.

I am not gonna pay for another card as I just got one in January this year.

Please sort this out as I am a loyal customer of FNB and I really don't want to change my bank.
