Reversal of incorrect transfer into FNBs account

Hi There

I need to have a transfer which was made in to FNBs suspense account reversed as the credit card number used was incorrect. Standard bank say they cannot reverse it as the money is now with FNB. FNB call centre say they cannot help.

Please advise? Does FNB just get to keep this money?
