Unfortunately Outsurance could not beat my current premium and therefore I believe as per my liaisons with a consultant that I do qualify for the R400 pay-out.
However when trying to upload my policy schedule as indicated on the Outsurance site; a purple notification screen pops up and when I proceed to press submit; a little yellow square pops up adjacent with an exclamation mark. I kept trying - no luck.
The consultant also had no idea what the problem could be but was kind enough to advise I can forward my existing schedule via mail and they will try and sort it out. Only to get a phone call later to tell me that apparently this is not acceptable and I have to proceed via the right channels... All is fair but how on earth am I supposed to bypass what is clearly an error on the site. I've done everything as per the instructions.
It seemed too good to be true in the first instance that they will pay out R400; now I know why; because no one can probably successfully submit the required info.
I'm still waiting to hear from Outsurance as I lastly requested the campaign manager's details; as shortly 30 will pass and more than likely I would be told I forfeited the R400!
