BAD SERVICE FOR BANK PAYMENT

I went to the bank on the 18th Sep 2013 to pay RCS account. To my suprice I received a call from RCS saying I didn't pay for the month of September. My question is why RCS advice us to go to the bank to pay even they know that it is not effective. I went to the bank knowing that for me to go to spitz to pay the account is very far. Now I have to use money again to go to spitz to show them bank deposit slip or to use again another money to fax the slip. I think RCS must cancel the bank option at the back of statements for paying accounts because it is not effective and now my name will show 1 month in arrear with the Credit Bureau, by the mistake which was made by the bank. I need answers and clarification as I pay more than the expected installment. I pay double the installment.
