I logged a call on the AF customer website asking for someone to contact me regarding a query. Nobody bothered to contact me. I then contacted the call centre - spoke to 4 different people who couldn't help and kept putting me back to the call centre. After rating AF as a 0 on customer service, finally Bongiwe Mpongwana contacted me and asked Rovaun Swartz to contact me clearly stating that the call centre did not assist me. So what does Rovaun do - send me an email asking me to contact the call centre!
