I recently posted a compliment about King Price regarding their service when signing up and getting quotes for a new insurance company. And it was with sadness and hesitation that I had due to unfortunate circumstances, make a claim very soon into the start of the new policy. I was expecting a battle and attitude due to this. Well, from beginning to end I was treated like a golden client - and a human being. My claim was handled sorted and a solution was delivered in just 2 days.. WOW. The golden girl during this process was Tougheeda Brown. She was so informative, updated me all the time, and really cared about my situation. Thank you. When I signed up I thought I got lucky with Joel the chap who helped me - so wasn't expecting great service again during this event too. King Price - you are a pleasure - and I am so glad I have moved my business to you.. You obviously have chosen and trained the right staff with the right attitude. And I really do hope that you go far in the SA industry - and that you uphold your service through it too! A VERY happy and valued client! :-)
