Extremely Bad Service

I have two loans with FNB. In the end of June, I acquired my own credit life insurance covering my loans.
I went to the branch in Benoni on the 12 July 2013 to present my policy, asking that the FNB be cancelled and mine be implemented. The person, Benny, that assisted me did everything right, took my policy, phoned Loans dept as to what to do and 2 hours later told me everything is fine. FNB deducted the same amounts for the next two months, July and September, and on I phoned the bank on the 10 September speaking to Nomahlubi explaining the situation. She asked me to go back to the branch to fill in another bunch of forms, which I did on the 21 September... I also asked to be refunded. FNB deducted again the same amounts end of September and when enquiring about this, was told on the 7 that the documents would be couried to the head office and that after a week it did not arrive. Nomahlubi told me the minute the documents arrived she would let me know. I have not heard from her up to now. I lodged a complaint on the 9 October ref:354886, after 5 days have not heard anything from yet.
