Lack of customer focus in the whole department

I have closed and paid all the oustanding amount being owed to the bank by me as a result i have been notified that there is a refund to be reversed back to me, i have done all that i was advised to do to resolve the matter no one has a dicency to even advise of the outcome, now i have been told that it was reversed as to where no one in their department can tell. Now i have been advised again in a form of a postal letter that i owe them due to an overdarft i made while my account has been close 3month ago from the day indicated on the letter. i am cutting all ties with FNB cause in the past 3yrs i have never had joy in being one of their clients but still they are hold me to move on with my life.
